Your Tasks - What You can expect as Intern Global Commercial Excellence (f/m/d)?

You support the further development of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) methodology and the corresponding IT system.
You prepare and conduct trainings as well as your own data analyses.
You will work independently on your own project topics and prepare and participate in project meetings.
You will manage and provide technical support in day-to-day operations.

Your Profile - What do You bring as Intern Global Commercial Excellence (f/m/d)?

You are studying business informatics, business administration or a comparable course of study.

You have gained initial experience in project management in internships or through working student activities. Basic knowledge of customer relationship management would also be desirable.

You have an independent and precise way of working and show a high level of initiative.

You have advanced MS-Office skills.

You are a strong communicator and empathic team player who enjoys working in international teams. You have a very good command of written and spoken English.
