Your Tasks - What You can expect as Working Student Global HR (f/m/d)?

You will support the Performance Management Process. Here you will mainly work in the Performance Management System and prepare and conduct tests, as well as provide system support for employees and managers.
You will support the Talent Development Process. Main task will be to create manager
- and employee brochures for the Global Growth Pool.
You will assist in organizing Global Growth Pool events and manage the 360 degree assessment process.
You will assist with setting up a Leadership Development Program. Core tasks will be to assist with the RfP process and critical project management tasks.
You will support the Learning & Development activities, with core focus on e-learning. Here you will develop and manage e-learning content, especially compliance trainings. In addition you will support tracking activities, by creating reports and analyzing corresponding data.
You will be involved in implementing a sustainable employee listening strategy. Here you will assist with administering and analyzing of survey data and drafting crucial communication related to the survey.

Your Profile - What do You bring as Working Student Global HR (f/m/d)?

You are studying business administration, psychology, education, or a closely related field.
You have a strong IT affinity and curiosity to work with software solutions, experience with Storyline and/or SuccessFactors would be an advantage.
You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You have strong analytical skills, detail orientation and accuracy.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages would be an advantage.
