**About the role**:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our Exec and Research team who are based in either Freiburg, Germany or remotely across Germany. You will take the lead in managing the diary of a busy senior leader, plus team coordination. You will facilitate various internal/external tasks, and leading ad-hoc project coordination.

This role requires a can-do attitude and someone who is happy to challenge stakeholders when needed. You should be well-organised, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with other internal Assistants to provide seamless support across time zones
- Provide administrative and project support to the team
- Act as as point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage calendars and set up meetings internally (Acting as executive for meetings in their absence, relaying key information and helping drive project flows)
- Facilitate external meetings and occasionally helping with events
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of working experience, preferably within a tech company
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Problem solving ability and able to think out of the box
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, remaining calm under pressure
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
