Do you want to leverage your corporate communications expertise and passion to make an impact on the success of an international scale-up?
We are looking for a Communication Lead (M/F/d) who is passionate, creative and has an entrepreneurial mindset to help build and manage Dataguard’s reputation and profile. This role, within the Global Marketing team, will produce co-ordinated, effective, and measured communication messages and campaigns to inspire our colleagues and third-party audiences to deliver on our Dataguard strategy goals and plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Leadership Team(s) to develop and execute a corporate communications program, based on company goals and strategy, that enhances the perception and visibility of Dataguard both externally and internally.
- Drive the company's social media comms strategy by creating and executing compelling content campaigns across our platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube.
- Lead the execution of public relations and reputation management campaigns to ensure that stakeholders understand Dataguard’s corporate strategy and synergize communications across multiple channels.
- Serve as communications lead to the CEO office on specific external communications activities including, but not limited, to social media, media interviews, conference speaking and thought leadership opportunities, and communications materials development.
- Drive the creation of new content ideas together with the Content team and execute comms campaigns that will strengthen our employer branding.
- Measure and evaluate success against communications goals and oversee quarterly metrics reports and dashboards.

**Profile**:

- Seasoned communications professional with extensive experience (5+ years) in B2B SaaS companies, ideally in scaleups, with proven ability to provide counsel and guidance to C-Suite.
- Track record of producing international and national coverage and engaging digital/social content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English), presentation and interpersonal skills. Additionally, at least working proficiency in German.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, creative, and fast-paced environment.
