Pacifico Energy Partners GmbH ("Pacifico") is a renewable energy company for wind and solar energy as well as battery and hydrogen technologies. We develop greenfield projects, repower existing plants, provide state-of-the-art asset management services and facilitate the acquisition of operational and turn-key plants.

We are looking for a hands-on individual to support our growing People & Communications team. You will get full insight into the team's daily workflows, support in strategic projects and topics but also have your own responsibility areas. You will report directly to our Team Lead - People & Communications and work closely together with a small yet very warm-hearted team.

**Your key accountabilities**
- Support the team in several People & Communications duties
- Help to optimize our employer branding & communication strategy
- Taking over various communication topics (e.g. postings for social media channels)
- Support the team in different recruiting activities - e.g., writing job advertisements, screening profiles, conducting interviews, active sourcing and participating in job fairs
- Optimize and automize operations processes

**Requirements**:

- (Former) student in the field of human resources, business administration, psychology, communication science or comparable courses of study
- First work experience, ideally internship/working student in the field of people, culture, organisational development or communication preferable
- You think out of the box, obtain a can-do attitude with a hands-on approach and you can handle different priorities at a time
- You approach people openly, are communicative and committed to team success
- A self-confident and positive appearance, as well as empathy, are among your strengths
- Good knowledge of MS Office (esp. ppt) and an eye for details
- German as a mother tongue and fluency in English
- Keen interest in recruiting, employer branding as well as people and communication topics in general
- Passion for the renewable energy transition
