Customer Service Representative in English

AMENA specializes in providing international Economic Development Organizations (EDOs) with local presence, experience, and networks. Our services include hosting and operating representative offices, implementing lead generation for investment attraction and trade promotion, and conducting investor outreach and export research. We leverage advanced analytical tools, industry databases, sector-specific media research, and our dynamic CRM-system to generate high-impact leads and build a sustainable pipeline of prospective investment and export opportunities.

As a Remote/Hybrid Customer Service Representative at AMENA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our international clients by ensuring excellent customer service and assisting with inquiries related to our services. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals looking to start their career in a dynamic and international environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about AMENA's services and answer customer questions.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand how to utilize our services effectively.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
- Support the lead generation process by assisting with research and data entry tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and customer service software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
