Your tasks

As a team member of the ContiTech group sector Central Function HR & Communications you are responsible for communication activities on the central digital channels, reaching all stakeholders and building and securing the reputation for our group sector. In addition, you are responsible for the alignment and support of our Business Areas (BA) marketing communications’ activities on the sales market supporting them to achieve their business goals.

Together with your team you
- Align the marketing communications’ activities between the BA Marketing Communications teams and create synergies by providing central platforms and templates
- Lead and develop the central Marketing Communications team and functionally lead the BA Heads of Marketing Communications
- Develop and implement a digital channel strategy for ContiTech (particularly for our Continental Industry website and social media channels)
- Build and develop the information architecture for our Continental Industry website
- Strategically prepare and define central website content
- Are responsible for developing BA content templates in cooperation with the BA’s (particularly for our Continental Industry website and social media channels)
- Are responsible for the UX/UI on our Continental Industry website together with our central Brand Manager
- Develop a targeted SEO strategy and respective BA guidelines together with our Strategic Topic Managers
- Are responsible for our sector’s social media content strategy and development
- Are responsible for running performance marketing campaigns on relevant digital channels for the sector
- Enable our BA’s to run BA related performance marketing campaigns on relevant digital channels

**Profile**:
Your Qualifications
- University degree in the field of Communications, Marketing or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience working within international teams
- Experienced in complex matrix organizations
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), good German language skills preferable
- Several years of leadership experience in Marketing and/or Communications
- High level of competence in complex digital ecosystems (websites, social media, UX/UI, SEO/SEA)
- High level of commitment and understanding of different stakeholder communication requirements
- Hands-on Mentality
- High level of resilience and the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions
- Quick grasp of new concepts
- Ability to build and move within organizational independent networks
