**ABOUT THE JOB**:
Gunzilla Games are looking for a Head of Communication to join our Marketing team to craft & execute the global communications strategy for our game OTG (Off The Grid), an all-new cyberpunk AAA Battle Royale due for release on PlayStation®5, Xbox® Series X|S and PC this year.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead the global communications strategy for Gunzilla Games, the OTG (Off The Grid) video game and GUNZ blockchain platform;
- Closely collaborate with marketing and teams across the organization to lead a 360 approach to external and internal communication;
- Manage internal and external written material including plans, press releases, media alerts, fact sheets, etc;
- Identifying and fostering media relations and outreach;
- Interact with internal stakeholders across the organization to coach and guide our external communication;
- Develop and implement best practices for working with agencies;
- Develop and manage all phases of product publicity across multiple product launches and marketing campaigns;
- Collaborate with the global regional communications team to plan and execute best-in-class communications campaigns including press events, trade and consumer shows;
- Maintaining communication consistency quality standards by aligning different departments on the brand's direction, choice and tactics;
- Manage communications content calendar, follow up on assets creation with the studio teams and timely delivery to communications groups;
- Develop, monitor and measure KPIs to analyse the impact and effectiveness of our campaigns;
- Crisis management;
- Contributing to the establishment of departments methodologies and KPI's;
- Contributing to defining territorial positioning, target audiences, product strategies and messaging;

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 6+ years of experience in product and corporate communications in the video game industry, preferably with both AAA and live service titles;
- Proven track record delivering successful Communication, PR, and media campaigns;
- A thought leader - capable of crafting strategies and ensuring their adoption across the business, using diplomacy to find consensus without deteriorating your vision;
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, external partners, and elevating peers;
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, mastering the art of communicating technical and complex issues in a clear and concise manner, with an ability to interact effectively with high-level executives;
