Are you ready to take the German market by storm as On's Account Sales Specialist for South West Germany? We're thrilled to offer this opportunity to an entrepreneurial spirit who's passionate about movement and ready to ignite On’s B2B landscape.

As an integral part of our team in Berlin, you'll be at the heart of the action, working closely both with your teammates in the Germany Sales team plus our B2B partners to ensure seamless joint business operations and drive On's growth in a brand-centric manner. In terms of regional ownership you will be supporting our South West Germany B2B partners to achieve our joint business seamlessly and find creative ways to grow On’s brand.

**Your Mission**:

- Being responsible for the commercial success of the assigned group of B2B partners, including sell-in, business monitoring, identification of new business opportunities and collaboration with customer service and operations for smooth order book conversion
- Onboarding and training B2B partners on B2B system usage and processes
- Reporting and analysis of current business including financial and operational forecasting together with sales leadership, finance and sales planning
- Active relationship management with our B2B partners Administration and Data management in our CRM system
- Close collaboration with the EMEA and Global Sales Enablement team to further improve processes and systems

**Your story**:

- At least 2 years experience within a retail related industry, in footwear; performance running and/or performance outdoor consumer goods
- A passion for developing the business with partners while developing a new business model and supporting systems and processes together with our Global and EMEA Sales Enablement team
- Self-driven approach to organize the operational relationship management with our B2B partners, including meeting planning and execution, data analysis, activation & trainings, events
- Ability to work with different sets of data for identification of additional business opportunities and ability to present compelling insights to internal stakeholders and B2B partners
- Building and maintaining relationships is one of your strengths and helps you to effectively connect to our retail, media, and marketing partners
- Ability to excite our B2B partners about the brand with excellent communication and negotiation skills aligned with our evolving SMB account strategy
- Fluent German skills(C2 level) are a must and proficient English is required to thrive in this role
- You must be based in Berlin or within proximity to our Berlin office.
