Polar Expedition Sales Specialist Role Overview
At Ventura TRAVEL, we're seeking a skilled Polar Expedition Sales Specialist to join our team. As a sales expert, you will be selling exclusive expedition cruises to Antarctica and the Arctic. Your primary responsibility will be to advise potential clients and help them plan their trip by answering questions and making them aware of their different trip options.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise potential clients on trip options and provide information to help them plan their expedition.
- Communicate with our providers to confirm prices, block spaces, and negotiate deals for our customers.
- Work with the marketing team to promote our trips and improve customer experiences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience with clear sales results.
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts aligned to US time zones, preferably Pacific Time zone.
- Native or near-native English, with another language also near-native or C2.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Remote Working
You will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, but must work within US time zones, ideally Pacific Time. You are welcome to work from one of our many physical offices around the world, such as Medellín (Colombia), Quito (Ecuador), Cuzco (Peru), Cape Town (South Africa), or our headquarters in Kreuzberg, the hip center of Berlin.
