Für unseren Standort im Zentrum von München suchen wir engagierte Kandidat:innen zur Unterstützung unseres EMEA PE (Private Equity) Teams, welches mit angesehenen und anspruchsvollen Kunden von führenden Finanzinstituten, darunter einigen der weltweit größten Private-Equity-Fonds zusammenarbeitet.

Als Associate bist Du für den Aufbau von Beziehungen zu unseren Netzwerkmitgliedern (Experten) und die Rekrutierung von neuen Experten für das GLG-Netzwerk verantwortlich. In Zusammenarbeit mit leitenden Kollegen wirst Du das Wachstum von GLG maximieren. Dabei hast Du die Möglichkeit, Deine Karriere in einem dynamischen und kollaborativen Umfeld voranzutreiben.

**Deine Aufgaben als Associate**:

- Rekrutierung von neuen erfahrenen Branchenexperten (Network Members) für das GLG-Netzwerk
- Erstellung von genauen Profilen über die Qualifikationen der Network Members durch regelmäßige Telefonate
- Management der Rekrutierungspipeline (Beschaffung, Kaltakquise, Pitchen, Screening)
- Unterweisung der rekrutierten Experten in GLGs Geschäftsmodell, Richtlinien, Compliance und Geschäftsbedingungen
- Enge Partnerschaft mit Client Solutions bei Projekten und Zusammenarbeit mit Business Development und anderen Teams, zur Umsatzsteigerung, Entwicklung strategischer Projekte und Optimierung der Kundenbeziehungen

**Deine Qualifikationen**:

- Selbstvertrauen und Ausdauer, um neue Experten durch einen hohen Anteil an Kaltakquise zu gewinnen
- Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen und wettbewerbsintensiven Umfeld gut zurechtzukommen und Prioritäten zu setzen
- Flexibilität und Kreativität, um mit Engpässen umzugehen, eine strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Engagement
- Starke Kundenorientierung
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, verbal und schriftlich
- Fach-/Hochschulabschluss oder Berufserfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Position
- Vertriebs
- oder Recruiting Erfahrung sind bevorzugt
- Sichere Nutzung von MS Office Tools
