Als Founders Associate arbeitest du eng mit den Gründern von Locaboo zusammen und wirst eine entscheidende Rolle in der strategischen Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Unternehmensvision spielen.

Aufgaben
- Strategische Planung: Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der langfristigen Unternehmensstrategie und -ziele von Locaboo.
- Marktforschung: Durchführung von Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Trendbewertungen, um fundierte Entscheidungen für das Unternehmen zu treffen.
- Identifikation von neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, Partnerschaften und Wachstumsinitiativen zur Erweiterung der Marktposition von Locaboo.
- Leitung und Unterstützung von Projekten zur Optimierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse und zur Verbesserung der Kundenerfahrung.
- Unterstützung des Gründer-Teams bei beim Recruiting und der Entwicklung einer starken und effiziente Organisation.
- Zusammenarbeit bei der Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Meetings

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Entrepreneurship oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Erste Erfahrungen im Startup-Umfeld, idealerweise in einer operativen oder strategischen Rolle ideal aber kein must-have
- Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu identifizieren und kreative Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, schriftlich und mündlich.
- Teamplayer mit einem proaktiven und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsstil.
- Leidenschaft für Innovation, Unternehmertum und den Willen, mit uns Europas führenden end-to-end Anbieter für digitales Ressourcen
- und Liegenschaftsmanagement aufzubauen.
