**Responsibilities**:
- Follow up on campaigns and referrals, aiming to close 20% of all opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly new business targets.
- Update the company database with all sales opportunities.
- Develop your sales pipeline to ensure consistent results.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in German is essential
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills..
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive, confident, and motivated attitude
