**A Snapshot of Your Day**
- As Financial Head (f/m/d) of Overhead Lines Services (SIEAERO) you will take business responsibility for all commercial aspects of a new and integrated business in the transmission industry. You will work in a corporate start-up environment, setting the commercial course for business ramp-up needs, implementing structures and processes whilst developing a digital service.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Developing new services for the power transmission markets based on state-of-the-art processes such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Scrum
- Taking responsibility for all commercial aspects of a corporate start up from PPM, PLM, R&D to full operations
- Designing an ecosystem for tender & execution in co-creation with customers
- Acting as the critical challenger, giving new impulses and different perspectives based on your in-depth commercial knowledge in startup surroundings, understanding of customer structures, funding aspects and business model needs
- Together and as partner with your technical counterpart: Leading and growing our team

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or similar
- Proven experience in commercial roles in the transmission industry or a related field, with a strong track record of developing and executing business strategies
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to serve as the financial head
- Mindset embracing customer focus, innovation and pro-activeness
- Spike in leading people in a disruptive business, being a strong networker
- Ability and willingness to accept the uncertainties of driving innovation in a disruptive working environment
