Als Growth Marketing Specialist bei unserer Agentur spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle dabei unser Wachstumspotenzial voll auszuschöpfen. Du bist ein kreativer Denker und gleichzeitig ein analytischer Stratege, der in der Lage ist, datengesteuerte Lösungen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen, um messbare Ergebnisse zu erzielen.

DAS IST DEINE AUFGABE:

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von ganzheitlichen Wachstumsstrategien für unsere Kunden, einschließlich Paid Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media und mehr.
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen, um Chancen für Wachstum und Optimierung zu identifizieren.
- Erstellung und Optimierung von Kampagnen, um Leads und Conversions zu generieren.
- Verwaltung und Optimierung von digitalen Werbekampagnen auf verschiedenen Plattformen wie Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads usw.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und Kunden, um die Marketingziele zu verstehen und effektive Lösungen zu entwickeln.
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Analyse von Leistungskennzahlen, um den Erfolg der Kampagnen zu messen und zu verbessern.

**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Online/ Performance Marketing, einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
- Du bist ein strategischer Denker und gleichzeitig ein analytischer Problemlöser, der in der Lage ist, klare Strukturen zu schaffen und effiziente Lösungen zu entwickeln, um messbare Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Growth Marketing oder digitales Marketing, idealerweise in einer Agenturumgebung.
- Nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Wachstumsstrategien sowie in der Generierung von Leads und Conversions.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in verschiedenen Marketing-Tools und -Plattformen, einschließlich Google Analytics, SEO-Tools, Social Media Management-Tools usw.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, Daten zu interpretieren und in Handlungsempfehlungen umzusetzen.
- Teamplayer mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und der Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten.

- Vollzeit bedeutet bei uns 35 Stunden die Woche, in Vertrauensarbeitszeit, sowie je nach Arbeitsbereich auch das Remote Arbeiten von zuhause. Wir führen über Leistung/Output und nicht über Anwesenheit.
