**Was Sie erwartet**:
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von QM Dokumenten, Prüfplänen, etc. sowie Ausarbeitung von Qualitätsstandards
- Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an internen und externen Audits
- Austausch mit externen Stakeholdern wie Kunden, Lieferanten, Behörden
- Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen und Schulung aller relevanten Mitarbeiter
- Kontrolle und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygienestandards vor und während der Produktion (z.B. Abnahme der täglichen Reinigung)
- Durchführung und Mitwirkung bei diversen standardisierten Tests und Kontrollen
- Pflege und Administration des Warenwirtschaftssystems
- Erstellung von regelmäßigen monatlichen sowie ad hoc Auswertungen und Statistiken von Qualitätskennzahlen
- Prüfung und Sicherstellung der richtigen und zeitnahen Dokumentation der Daten und Inhalte in den Systemen
- Mitwirken in lokalen Projekten
**Was wir erwarten**:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Lebensmitteltechnologie oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung in der Produktion von Lebensmitteln wünschenswert
- Gute Kenntnisse in Qualitätssicherungsmethoden, Food Safety und Hygienerichtlinien
- Sichere MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Teamfähigkeit
- Hands-on Mentalität
- Kenntnisse von Branchensoftware
