Director Biostatistics Process Excellence

Proclinical are partnering with a biotech consultancy who are recruiting for an individual to join their team. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Frankfurt. The opening position is for a Director Biostatistics Process Excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide the GBS process development initiatives to develop the optimal methods to improve GBS effectiveness.
- You will develop and improve on biostatistical procedures and standards linked to clinical trials.
- Guarantee adherence to regulatory needs such as ICH, FDA, EMA, ETC. as well as GCP regulations.
- Review quality measure analysis which involves performance development and reporting, as well as offer suggestions to the GBS leadership team.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Educated to an advanced degree level in biostatistics or similar field.
- At least 15 years of experience working in a pharmaceutical/biotech organisation within a pertinent discipline, for example: biostatistics.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role with a successful background in leading a team.
- Comprehension of the drug development procedure with pertinent acquaintance in statistics and statistical programming.
- Past experience with delivering end-to-end process improvement initiatives.
- Acquaintance with external parties and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in the English language with knowledge in the German language would be advantageous.
