**Your mission**:
**YOUR MISSION**:
You'll serve as the primary point of contact for pre-sales customer interactions and outbound prospecting efforts, fueling market awareness and lead-generation activities for our Molecular CartographyTM offerings. Your focus will be on cultivating prospects interested in Resolve Biosciences' end-to-end service or workflow technology. Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and/or Marketo is expected.

The role can be based in the US, our office in Monheim am Rhein, Germany or remotely in the Netherlands

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Prospecting and Sales Support
- Work collaboratively with MDMs and marketing to plan and execute outbound lead generation campaigns
- Support the development of effective outreach messaging and lead qualification sequences to increase response rates to targeted campaigns.
- Act as the initial point of contact for prospect inquiries, lead engagement, and outbound prospecting efforts.
- Have consultative conversations with customers to review/uncover challenges with current lab techniques.
- In partnership with MDMs, create and execute institution-specific strategies to build broader awareness for presentations, symposia, or other site-visit events.
- Measure and communicate key business metrics, enabling continual improvement of outreach efforts.

Technical Integrity- Provide technical expertise to support the preparation of proposals and quotations.
- Proactively escalate technical issues to seek quick resolution.
- Demonstrate and persuasively explain the advantages of a complete range of spatial biology products and services to prospects and customers.

Collaboration
- Manage different cross-functional projects within sales, marketing and other international teams.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share best practices, review performance against targets, and conduct informal training.

**Your profile**:
Bachelor’s degree in biology, genetics, genomics, or related scientific fields (master's is a plus).
- Minimum 1 year of early sales prospecting success, preferably representing a new, differentiated technology.
- Ability to understand customer needs, create value resonance, and overcome selling obstacles.
- Ability to strategically plan activities, then execute in a measured manner.
- High-energy, self-starter who is comfortable in the dynamic, fast-paced ever-evolving commercial environment of a start-up company.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and oral/written communication skills.
- Highly accountable, responsive, and metrics-driven.
- Strong time-management skills but balanced with the ability to be flexible to changing requirements/expectations as the business evolves.
- Team player who knows how to both contribute to and learn from, group knowledge across the company.
- Experience with consultative, insight-driven sales approaches.
- Business English required, other languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel around 30% of the time.
- Tools: SalesForce, Marketo, Outreach, Microsoft Office, Airtable, Social Media (such as LinkedIn, X and Instagram)
