We are looking for a Personal Assistant to Managing Director PXG Pharma (M/F/d) in full-time or part-time at our location in Mannheim.

**Your Tasks**:

- General assistant tasks, in particular for the Chairman of the Management Board of PXG Pharma (e.g. coordination of appointments as well as planning, organization and invoicing of travel).
- Office management tasks (e.g. invoice processing, filing, time management, ordering office supplies/kitchen materials)
- You organize meetings, events, travel arrangements, travel expense accounting, manage the diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Preparation of presentations as well as independent handling of various topics and projects in close coordination with the Chairman of the Management Board of PXG Pharma
- Contact person of the department for team members, internal and external customers

**Your Profile**:

- You completed a professional commercial apprenticeship, a qualification as a foreign language secretary is preferred
- You have several years of relevant job experience in secretarial work
- An independent, efficient and well-structured way of working combined with very good organizational skills and an excellent ability to prioritize are a matter of course for you
- Strong communication skills, friendly demeanor and a high level of service and team orientation
- Absolute discretion, initiative. proactive attitude and reliability
- Business fluency in English and German round off your profile
