**What you´ll do**:

- **Develop, coach, grow and support **a team of 6+ analysts
- **Guide **analysts on their career paths, helping them to enhance their technical/analytical and soft skills
- **Drive and review performance of analytics **solutions to impact overall business results and be an **analytical sparring partner** to our product teams, your team will -rovide answers to questions, explain insights and make recommendations to the product teams
- **Drive the overall analytics strategy** to enhance data driven mindset and skills among product and marketing employees
- Act as an** analytical sparring partner **to our product and data science teams

**What you should bring**:

- You are a highly motivated** data enthusiast **and passionate** people builder**, coach and mentor with a strong technical and analytical background
- You have gained **experience in a cross-functional environment **and are familiar with** product-relevant KPIs and reports**
- You work comfortably **with senior executives **and are capable of outlining and presenting **complex topics in a simple manner**:

- You have strong expertise with **Google Analytics **(incl Google Data Studio)**, **in querying databases with **SQL and** **Python **scripting
- You are an expert with analytics tools like **PowerBI,** **Tableau,** Superset **e. g. **modeling data**, as well as creating KPIs and product reports
- An advanced, hands-on knowledge in statistics will help you to set up **A/B testing** to test hypothesis
- Fluency in **English** **is required
