28.05.2024, Active Nutrition International GmbHMünchenManager Product Management (Teamlead) (m/w/d)Du führst die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Produktmanagements zur Stärkung des ANI-Produktportfolios für nationale und internationale Märkte.Die Verantwortung der Konzeption und Umsetzung der langfristigen Innovation- & Renovation (I&R)-Strategie für die ANI-Marken liegen in deinen Händen.Du leitest Produktkonzepte durch den ANI Product Innovation Cycle bis zur Erstellung des KickOff Briefings und überwachst die Produktentwicklung.Die Markteinführung liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich, wobei du die beteiligten Abteilungen mit relevanten Produktinformationen unterstützt.Du stellst die Erreichung der GM-Ziele für die jeweiligen Marken sicher.Du sicherst die Produktsichtbarkeit im Einzelhandel unter Berücksichtigung der Wettbewerbssituation und internationaler Anforderungen.Die Verwaltung des Produktlebenszyklus und des Portfolio-Rationalisierungsprozesses sind Teil deines Aufgabenbereichs.Du überwachst die Produktentwicklung im Wettbewerbsvergleich und stellst relevante Informationen für die jeweiligen Abteilungen bereit.fachliche Kompetenzen:Mit mindestens 6 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, vorzugsweise im Lebensmittelsektor, bringst du umfangreiche Expertise mit.Du besitzt Expertise in Design Thinking und Innovationsmanagement.Dein tiefgreifendes Wissen in Produktkalkulationen sowie dein wirtschaftliches Verständnis für den Beitrag von Produkten zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung des Unternehmens sind herausragend.Dein strategisches und analytisches Denkvermögen zeichnet dich aus.Du verfolgst einen pragmatischen und strukturierten Ansatz bei der Entwicklung von Produktkonzepten, basierend auf Verbraucher- und Markteinsichten.Du beherrscht verhandlungssicheres Englisch.persönliche Kompetenzen:Du zeichnest dich durch eine proaktive Arbeitsweise aus und bist offen für neue Ideen.Du hebst dich durch deine hohe Lernbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit hervor.Als Teamplayer treibst du Veränderungen voran und gestaltest Neues mit.Idealerweise begeisterst du dich für Lebensmittel und Sport.Berufsfeld
