**Your tasks**:
- As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, playing a pivotal role in upholding our company's positive image. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Support: Provide prompt, professional, and friendly assistance to our customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues with the utmost care and efficiency.
- Carrier Coordination: Act as the liaison between our carriers and customers to swiftly resolve any delivery-related challenges or logístical concerns, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
- Cross-Departmental Communication: Collaborate actively and proactively with other departments to gather necessary information and insights, ensuring that customer queries are handled effectively and with accurate information.
**Your profile**:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both French and English. Proficiency in German and/or Italian will be considered an advantage and will enhance your possibilities.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrate a high level of empathy, patience, and understanding when interacting with customers. Address their needs and problems with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic Computer Skills: Possess a basic knowledge of computer usage and a willingness to learn new programs and portals.
- ** Availability: As a freelancer, working student, or temporary contract worker, you will be expected to dedicate at least 40 hours of work per month, with a time period spanning October to December 2023.**
