Als **Customer Care Specialist **bei Loyal Distributions GmbH übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Team.

**Deine Aufgaben**:
1. **Kundenbetreuung**: Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen über verschiedene Kanäle (E-Mail, Chat, Telefon) in einer freundlichen und professionellen Art und Weise. Du stellst sicher, dass Kundenanliegen zeitnah und zufriedenstellend gelöst werden.

2. **Kundenfeedback**: Sammeln von Kundenfeedback und Einblicke in deren Bedürfnisse, um Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten in unserem Service und Produktsortiment zu identifizieren.

3. **Rückgabemanagement**: Verwaltung von Retouren und Gewährleistung einer reibungslosen Rückabwicklung.

**Dein Profil**:

- **Nachgewiesene Erfahrung von mindestens 3 Jahren** in der Kundenbetreuung und E-Commerce, sowie im Umgang mit Shopify.
- **Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten** in Deutsch und Englisch, schriftlich und mündlich.
- Gutes Verständnis für Sport
- und Streetwear-Kleidung, sowie Merchandise.
- Teamplayer:in mit der Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Arbeit.
- Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Empathie.
- Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung und effektiven Zeitmanagement.
- Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung an neue Technologien und Prozesse.
