Sales & Development Underwriter (gn) - Commercial Lines
Als Vertriebsprofi mit fundierten Underwriting-Kenntnissen im Bereich der gewerblichen Haftpflicht-Versicherungen tragen Sie maßgeblich zum profitablen Wachstum von Hiscox als Versicherer der digitalen Welt bei. Die unternehmerische Freiheit erlaubt es Ihnen, die Versicherungslandschaft der gewerblichen Versicherung maßgeblich mitzugestalten.
IHRE AUFGABEN:
- Sie betreuen Ihren Vermittlerstamm in vertrieblicher sowie fachlicher Hinsicht im Bereich der gewerblichen Versicherungen (Vermögensschaden
- und Betriebshaftpflicht, D&O, Cyber und Sach-Inhalt).
- Sie führen selbstständig Risikoeinschätzung, -bewertung und -dokumentation, sowie Konditionenermittlung mit Ihren Underwriting-Vollmachten in den genannten Produkten durch.
- Sie betreuen und beraten die unabhängigen Vermittler und überwachen Bestandsentwicklung und Profitabilität im Bereich Commercial Lines.
- Sie wirken bei der Produkt
- und Tarifgestaltung sowie bei Prozessoptimierungen aktiv mit und führen Produktpräsentationen bei Vermittlern, Großkunden und Veranstaltungen durch.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit den Vermittlern kreieren Sie kreative und zielgruppenspezifische Versicherungslösungen auf Projektbasis.
IHR PROFIL:
- Sie sind Versicherungsfachwirt/in, haben ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Fachrichtung Versicherungswirtschaft oder haben eine Ausbildung im Bereich der gewerblichen Haftpflichtversicherung oder Cyber abgeschlossen.
- Sie haben mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der gewerblichen Haftpflichtversicherung oder Cyber als Underwriter/Vermittlerbetreuer und/oder im B2B Vertrieb und verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes Netzwerk.
- Sie verfügen über eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit internen und externen Gesprächspartnern (Vermittler, interne Fachabteilungen, Marketing, etc.) und denken unternehmerisch.
- Sie besitzen ein ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, Akquisitions - und Vertriebsstärke.
- Ein überzeugender Auftritt sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
