Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in Murr bei Ludwigsburg mehrere zuverlässige Personen im First Level Support (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (Samstag + Sonntag). Als Teil unseres engagierten Teams tragen Sie dazu bei, die Qualität der medizinischen Versorgung für Patienten zu verbessern und gleichzeitig den reibungslosen Ablauf in der digitalen Welt der Gesundheitsbranche sicherzustellen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Überwachung der Patientenclouds und manuelle Kontrolle der ausgegebenen Medikamente über die Cloud
- Sofortige Reaktion auf handlungsbedürftige Vorfälle, inklusive Fehlerbehebung
- Englische Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden (aktuell in Finnland und Dänemark) über Gruppenchats
- Interne Kommunikation mit dem Team in deutscher Sprache
- Weiterleitung von komplexen Problemen an den Second Level Support
- Bei Bedarf: Erstellung von Tickets im Ticketsystem Zendesk

**Ihr Profil**:

- Pflichtbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit stehen bei Ihnen an erster Stelle
- Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an IT-Systemen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse für die interne Kommunikation
- Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
- Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit (5:00 bis 22.30 Uhr), Die Arbeit an Wochenenden und Feiertagen wird besonders vergütet.
