Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit und Kommunikationsexperten (gn), der die Medienlandschaft von morgen aktiv mitgestalten möchte. Du bist motiviert, die Kommunikation rund um Veränderungsprozesse sowohl intern als auch extern bei der Handelsblatt Media Group zu leiten und dabei die Identität eines dynamischen Medienhauses entscheidend zu prägen?

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Entwicklung von Strategien für eine effektive und zielgerichtete Kommunikation, die die Handelsblatt Media Group präsentiert und unsere Botschaften klar vermittelt
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Teamführung:Du leitest und entwickelst dein Team, um gemeinsam die gesteckten Ziele zu erreichen
- Als Schlüsselperson gestaltest und steuerst du die Kommunikation rund um interne Change-Prozesse, indem du Mitarbeitende und Stakeholder durch klare Kommunikation begleitest und aktiv einbindest
- Du bringst deine Expertise ein, um umfassende Kommunikationsstrategien für Veränderungsprozesse innerhalb der Handelsblatt Media Group zu entwickeln und diese erfolgreich durchzuführen
- Du entwickelst neue, innovative Formate für die interne Kommunikation und den Dialog zwischen den Mitarbeitenden und den Führungskräften
- Als treibende Kraft stellst du sicher, dass die Handelsblatt Media Group als attraktiver Arbeitgeber strahlt

**Damit überzeugst du uns**:

- Abgeschlossene (Fach-) Hochschulausbildung idealerweise im Bereich Kommunikation, Medien oder ähnliches
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Führung von Teams
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Unternehmenskommunikation, Public Relations, Journalismus
- Idealerweise einschlägige Berufserfahrung im redaktionellen Bereich
- Fähigkeit, Veränderungen in klare Botschaften zu übersetzen und durch überzeugende Kommunikation das Engagement der Mitarbeiter:innen zu stärken
- Erfahrung in der Leitung der Kommunikation rund um Change-Prozesse, und die Fähigkeit Chancen für Wachstum und Innovation zu erkennen
- Expertise im Aufbau und in der Stärkung von Arbeitgebermarken
- Begeisternde Persönlichkeit und herausragendes Kommunikationstalent, das dich zu einem Botschafter der Handelsblatt Media Group macht - sowohl intern als auch extern.
