LabConnect Europe is looking for an **Projectmanager EMEA**

You are responsible for oversight of assigned clinical studies. You will participate in development of Statements of Work (SOW) to define client expectations, and will perform duties associated with day-to-day oversight of ongoing clinical trial study projects, throughout the life of the trial to ensure quality deliverables on time and within budget. In this role you will be reporting to the Sr Director Projectmanagement EMEA

**W**hat will you do?**

The projectmanager
- Provides ongoing oversight for clinical trial projects assigned, including client meetings and communications, report development and review, issue resolutions, and budget oversight.
- Participates in the handover process between Business Development (BD) and the Project Initiation team (PRI), and in the training process of internal staff and handover from PRI to the PM.
- Monitors scope of services and proactively initiates scope revision and change order process.
- Primary project contact with Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations to ensure appropriate communication channels are maintained and reporting schedules adhered to.
- Review and analyze operational, quality, and performance related metrics to assess the success of study oversight activities.
- Represents LabConnect at client and/or investigator meetings

**What do we expect from you?**
- You have a scientific degree, preferably in lab or life science (even better if this is in medical technology)
- You have 3+ years related laboratory experience, or experience in the clinical trial industry in a project oversight role.
- You are a great projectmanager: excellent organizational skils, communication, multitasking and interpersonal skills.
- You do have Customer service/client relationship management skills
- You are fluent in English, both writing, speaking and reading.
- You are based in Central Europe, with a preference for North-Rine Westphalia, Germany
