**How you will create an impact**:

- You will continuously review our data protection measures and policies, conducting regular assessments of their effectiveness.
- As the internal authority on GDPR and other data protection regulations, you will ensure that our practices not only comply but also exemplify industry best practices.
- Direct reporting to the General Counsel and our highest management tier will be part of your responsibilities.
- Serving as a spokesperson for data privacy, you will manage relationships and communications with internal senior stakeholders worldwide.
- Development and supervision of our Managed Privacy Services will fall under your responsibility.
- You will assess and manage external service providers to enhance various aspects of our data protection program.
- Collaboration with teams engaged in digital transformation projects to seamlessly integrate data protection considerations will be essential.
- You will contribute to shaping and iterating the privacy strategy and manage all privacy compliance issues.
- Taking the lead in the global rollout of the privacy strategy and its associated roadmap will be a key aspect of your role.

**About you**:

- You have at least 5 years of practical professional experience in a similar role involving data protection law within a comparable global environment.
- You hold a CIPP or an equivalent privacy qualification.
- Your knowledge extends deeply into GDPR, knowledge of other international data protection laws is a plus.
- You operate independently, demonstrating a well-structured and goal-oriented approach.
- Your skill set includes robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a hands-on mentality.
- You bring experience in steering data protection projects with impacts across the entire organization.
- Your track record reflects substantial experience in implementing and overseeing processes across diverse countries while coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Your excellent communication skills enable you to cultivate trust and long-term relationships with stakeholders, providing guidance across all levels and functions within the business.
