To strengthen our global Talent Acquisition team we are currently looking for a passionate and experienced HR professional to help drive our global Target University and Campus strategy and help position Munich Re as global employer of choice among emerging talents.
As a member of the Global HR department, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for defining and engaging with target schools to attract top talent and build out Munich Re's employer brand. In this role, you will work closely with HR colleagues from around the globe, as well as business stakeholders and campus representatives, to establish long-term relationships and create a global roadmap for opportunities to engage with students, faculty, and university staff.

Your Job
- Create a global Target University /Campus framework aligned with Munich Re's long term business priorities and the company’s global people strategy
- Define parameters of engaging with target universities and colleges, including a comprehensive communication / HR Marketing strategy and metrics for measuring success
- Define global best practices and opportunities to increase consistency and efficiencies while improving overall student and recruiter experience
- Set the foundation for early top talent identification and target group specific selection processes
- Lift global synergies in building lasting relationships with universities, student organizations, and alumni groups, to increase Munich Re's visibility and attract top talent
- Increase global transparency of upcoming campus events, such as career fairs, information sessions, expert exchanges and networking events
- Set the basis for compelling internship and trainee program strategies
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in University Relations or Campus Recruiting preferably gained in a global or multinational organization
- A deep understanding of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding as well as target group specific HR marketing concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- A passion for compelling story telling and coherent engagement concepts
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Industry specific know-how and understanding of our core business activities is a plus
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research, analyze data, and make informed recommendations
- International mind-set and proven success in thriving in intercultural environments
- High level of commitment and ability to work independently
