**About the role**

We are searching for an expert in the energy management area who feels thrilled by shaping tado° - THE European Energy Management player. In this role you are directly reporting to the CEO of tado°.

**Your areas of responsibility**
- Building and driving tado°’s growth story
- Setting tado°s strategic course together with the C-Level Team and owning key strategic initiatives
- Breaking down the strategy into actionable work packages and working closely with internal stakeholders to achieve our goals
- Screening the market to anticipate the competitive landscape and kick-off new business models
- Supporting the CEO, that you are reporting to in managing the key shareholder relationships
- Ramping up growth partnerships for tado° which support the overall strategy realization

**Requirements**:

- You have at least 3-5 years experience in a comparable role or as a consultant with a focus on energy
- You have profound knowledge of the energy management space (Energy Sales, PV, Heating, electric vehicles) and its players and know how to set up winning partnerships
- You are a Strategic Thinker, that can convert strategy into action thanks to your pragmatism and Doer Mentality
- You are KPI / OKR oriented and technology minded
- You have the ability to deliver tangible results on time
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are a value-oriented team player.
- You are fluent in German and English, any other European language is a plus
