Be part of our dynamic retail derivatives team, one of the most innovative areas of the financial industry.
During the 12-month graduate program at Leonteq, you will learn everything you need to know about the retail derivatives market and gain in-depth insights into the construction, trading and marketing of structured products. As part of the team, you will get to know all relevant processes from the different areas of the business. In daily communication with banks, asset managers and trading venues, you get to know the most important market participants personally and have the opportunity to build your own network. Your daily tasks range from handling individual client requests to pricing tailor made products and executing trades on the market.
What you'll do
- Sales of structured products and/or other derivative transactions to institutional clients in the CEE region
- Support team to manage a broad client base
- Closure and booking of transactions (primary and secondary market)
- Creation of tailor-made structured products
- Acquisition of new clients
- Responsibility for specific administrative tasks regarding booking of trades and maintenance of customer relationships
- Monitoring of transactions, including coordination with other departments such as Sales Support, Product Services, Mid
- and Back-Office
What you'll need
- Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar
- Previous experience including internships in finance or banking related industry
- Basic knowledge on the structured products market
- Fluent in English
