Ihre Rolle- mit Ihrem Team über die Funktionen Systems Engineering die Produktdefinition der SMO maßgeblich mitgestalten und die Umsetzung der Produkte über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus begleiten- zusammen mit Ihren Mitarbeitern als ‚Face-to-the-Customer‘ die Produktspezifikationen vereinbaren und in ein internes Spezifikationsgebäude überführen- durch Systems Engineering die erfolgreiche Durchführung der Produktentwicklung hinsichtlich Funktion, Kosten, Qualität und Termin sicherstellen und dabei auch als ‚Voice-of-the-Customer‘ agieren mit Systems Engineers zukünftige Produktanforderungen aus versch. Informationsquellen ableiten und Lösungsstrategien für zukünftige Produktideen erarbeiten- den CTO bei der Produktstrategie und -roadmap durch Bereitstellung von erforderlichen Informationen, Ausarbeitungen und Entscheidungsalternativen unterstützen und Input für die Technologie-Roadmap liefern- die Fachkompetenzen Imaging, lithographische Prozesse, Anforderungsmanagement und Systems Engineering innerhalb der SMT vertreten und weiterentwickeln sowie diese in Seminaren und Schulungen an hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter vermitteln- das technische Marketing der SMO Produkte durch Endkundenkontakte, Konferenzbeiträge und Kundenpräsentationen betreiben- die ihnen zugeordneten Mitarbeiter führen, fördern und motivieren

Ihr Profil- abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Physik oder Ingenieurwissenschaften wünschenswert mit Promotion- mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Lithografie-Optik und Systems Engineering, sowie mehrjährige Führungserfahrung als Leiter, Projektmanager oder in einer lateralen Führungsrolle- Verhandlungserfahrung mit Kunden und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung- Netzwerke zu Kunden, Partnern und innerhalb der SMT- profundes Wissen im Bereich Lithografie-Optik- ein sehr gutes allgemeines Technikverständnis und Kenntnisse der lithographischen Prozesse und des Halbleitermarktes- verhandlungssicheres Englisch und internationale Reisebereitschaft
