- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit regulierten Immobilieninvestments und in der Zusammenarbeit mit einem/r AIFM/KVG
- Erfahrung im Controlling sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich Finanzierungen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Anwendungssichere systemische Programm
- und MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Excel

- **dynamisches, stark wachsendes Team** und bist als Schnittstelle zwischen operativem Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Investoren und Banken tätig.Als Associate im Bereich Investment Planning & Reporting bist du **zentraler Ansprechpartner** für unsere **Investments** und unterstützt das **Controlling** und **Monitoring** verschiedener Anlagevehikel sowie der Immobilien.

Dazu gehört die permanente **Weiterentwicklung der Businesspläne** und **Objektstrategien**. Regelmäßige **Kundenreportings** bereitest du eigenständig für die Geschäftsführung vor und gestaltest die hierfür notwendigen Tools aktiv mit.
- Du analysierst die
- **Businesspläne** unserer Investments und Beteiligungen an Immobiliengesellschaften und beaufsichtigst die
- **Liquidität** im Rahmen einer
- **ganzheitlichen Finanzplanung**. Dazu zählt die Überwachung und Steuerung der
- **Investmentperformance** mittels Soll-Ist-Vergleichen.Dein Team unterstützt du mit **Szenario
- und Liquiditätsanalysen**. Du erarbeitest Handlungsempfehlungen und konzentrierst dich auf die **Entwicklung von KPIs** auf Vehikel
- und Assetebene zur Sicherstellung der **Performancezielerreichung**.
