**Job purpose/role**
You will work in the Global Financial Control function of AIM and directly report to the global Head of Investment Planning & Controlling. As an associate you will be embedded in a team responsible for managing the global investment and budget planning and controlling processes within the Allianz Group.

**Key responsibilities**
- Manage the investment planning activities (asset allocation plan, investment result plan IFRS, budget planning) in the Allianz Group worldwide
- Analyze and prepare actual investment results on a regular basis as part of the ongoing investment controlling process, including use and further development of respective tools
- Coordinate mid-term planning for alternative asset classes
- Handle investment-related requests from AIM internal and external stakeholders on a global level and prepare, explain & present to AIM and Allianz top management

**Key requirements / Skills / Experience**
- (Very) good university degree in business administration, economics or mathematics; profound knowledge of ideally both investments and the reflection in business results (IFRS)
- Working experience in investment management, controlling or accounting
- Very good analytical skills with the ability to synthesize to the point as well as experience in Microsoft Office (especially advanced in Excel and Powerpoint, VBA is a plus)
- Ability to communicate in English written and spoken
- High level of interpersonal and organizational skills
