Zur Verstärkung unseres Investmentteams in München suchen wir Dich als

**Investment Associate (W/M/D)**:
**Was erwartet Dich?**:

- Durchführung von Due Diligence Aktivitäten und Unternehmensbewertungen im Rahmen von Unternehmenskäufen
- Analyse von Geschäftsmodellen, Unternehmensdaten und Entwicklung von Wachstumsstrategien
- Unterstützung bei der Verhandlungsführung
- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption der Finanzierungsstrategie sowie bei der Umsetzung der Refinanzierung
- Parallel zur Arbeit im Investmentteam sammelst Du Erfahrungen in der operativen Weiterentwicklung von Unternehmen durch Controlling-, Projektmanagement
- oder Business Development-Projekte in unseren Beteiligungen

**Was bringst Du mit?**:

- Hervorragend abgeschlossenes technisches, kaufmännisches oder juristisches Studium - wichtiger als ein bestimmtes Studienfach ist uns eine unternehmerische Grundeinstellung
- 2+ Jahre Transaktionserfahrung in den Bereichen Private Equity, Investmentbanking, Unternehmensberatung, Venture Capital oder Transaction Services
- Erfahrung im gesamten M&A-Prozess von Sourcing über das Pipeline Management bis zur Akquisition (DD, SPA)
- Überzeugende Kommunikationskompetenzen und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel zu bearbeiten
- Souveränes und gewinnendes Auftreten sowie ein hohes Maß an Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und Loyalität
- Ausgeprägte analytisch-konzeptionelle und organisatorische Stärke, sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Finanzzahlen und betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Ehrgeiz, sich mit großem Engagement, spürbarer Begeisterung und zeitlicher Flexibilität in anspruchsvolle Themen einzuarbeiten
