Wir sind ein junges Softwareunternehmen und entwickeln eine innovative Plattform für Autohändler, Leasingunternehmen und Flottenbesitzer, mit der sich markenübergreifend der Lebenszyklus von Fahrzeugen nachvollziehen lässt. Unser Ziel ist es, die führende digitale B2B Automotive Plattform in Europa zu erschaffen. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, setzen wir auf ein motiviertes und kompetentes Team und neueste Technologien und Methoden. Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Termin:

**Das ist Deine Aufgabe bei uns**:
- Du bist verantwortlich für die komplette Bandbreite der Produktentwicklung, d.h. strategisch, taktisch und operativ.
- Du wirst unsere Vision in Userstories und Tasks operationalisieren und für eine außergewöhnliche Customer Experience sorgen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung und Vertrieb zusammen und übernimmst die Arbeitsvorbereitung für das Entwicklungsteam.
- Du gestaltest Kommunikationsprozesse mit der Zielsetzung einer hohen Produktivität, Qualität und Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit.
- Du hast Lust, Verantwortung in einem wachsenden Unternehmen zu übernehmen und deine eigenen Produkte auf der Plattform zu entwickeln.
**Das bringst Du idealerweise mit**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossener Studiengang im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Produktmanager, Projektmanager oder Product Owner, idealerweise für agile Entwicklungsteams
- Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte zu simplifizieren
- Begeisterung für digitale Produkte und fundierte Erfahrung im Einsatz von Methoden wie Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking
- Erfahrungen in der Demonstration von Lösungen in Kundenworkshops
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
