You support our team as

Shift Leader Production (f/m/d)

**Responsibilities**:
Leading and coordinating employees (M/F/d) with regard to on-time production according to specifications and in consultation with production planning to fulfil customer orders

Monitoring occupational safety and safe behaviour in the production area

Continuous tracking of work and product quality

Regular coordination with maintenance

Direct contact person for production management in all production-related issues

Target/actual comparison of the production plan and initiation of necessary measures

Contact person for the production team in the event of problems or malfunctions

Approval of work permits for external work in the area of responsibility

Coordinating the induction, further education, training and development of the production team

Monitoring the administratively correct processing of process orders and compliance with the processes specified by SAP

**Qualifications**:
Completed training as a chemical foreman (M/F/d) with at least 3 years of professional and management experience or training as a chemical technician (M/F/d) with at least 5 years of management experience

Ability to build and lead a team

Ability to work under pressure, even in stressful situations

Experience in batch operations, the correct handling of chemical substances and preparations

Good communication skills

Good knowledge of German and basic English

Confident use of PCs and knowledge of SAP.
