Global Rewards Lead

**Location**: Berlin, in office

The** Global Rewards Specialist **will partner closely with the People team, Recruiting team, and Legal team to help guide the immigration and relocation program. You will serve as a source of support for the Compensations and benefits team members and play an active role in helping build a proactive Global Mobility program centered around best practices, adaptability, and empathy. Working with us you will get insight into the Global Rewards and Global Mobility department, structures, and processes.

**What you'll do**
- Work with key Berlin stakeholders including People Partners, People operations, Recruiting, and Rewards team to support Global Mobility cases.
- Support all Global Mobility processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Support with administrative activities, e.g. the preparation of certificates and other documents relevant to international relocations.
- Help manage all visas for travel, immigration, and relocations in Germany.
- Create calendar of benefit and manage benefit renewal.
- Support on other rewards related projects.

**You'll be great for this role if**
- Bachelors or Masters student in the fields of Human Resources, law (business law), or related sciences.
- Fluent in German and excellent writing skills are essential.
- Basic Knowledge of German Law.
- A self-thinking individual with drive.
- Very structured & organised with very good skills in Excel
