This challenge awaits you:
- We develop and test vehicle software for almost every vehicle function and all vehicle components for well-known car manufacturers. Our customers benefit from our technical experience and our knowledge of modern system architectures and software development processes. To extend our innovative lead, we continue to optimize and develop our system development processes and tool chains.
Your Tasks:
- Research and preparation of the state of the art & science on the topics of systems engineering tool landscapes, tool orchestration and tool chain visualization, in particular with regard to the use of tools in different engineering development steps (e.g. based on the V-model / ASPICE)
- Preparing, following up and conducting structured interviews with internal IAV users of engineering tools
- Entering the knowledge gained in the interviews about the use of the tools, their inputs and outputs and their use in the development processes into a central enterprise architecture database for later visualization
- Supporting the recording of requirements, structuring and documentation of future tools and processes
- Support in the preparation of decision templates suitable for management
- (Co-)development of prototype and implementation concepts
- Accompanying the prototype implementation (proof of concept)
Necessary Skills:
- Ongoing studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
- Basic knowledge of software modeling (UML)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
Desired Skills:
- Initial experience with software development processes (waterfall, agile)
- Experience in programming software, e.g. Java or Python
- Communication and teamwork skills
