Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a diligent and enthusiastic Working Student (f/m/d) to assist our International Synch team at our Berlin headquarters, contributing 8 hours weekly. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the daily operations of a vibrant creative department.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Management:
- Systematically organize and uphold creative assets, ensuring their proper circulation and accessibility.
- Assist in monitoring the usage of assets.
- Support the development and refinement of workflows to boost team productivity.
- Oversee ongoing processes and propose enhancements as needed.
- Contribute to the design and dissemination of team newsletters and reports.
- Collect and compile pertinent content, ensuring accuracy and engagement.
- Regularly update and maintain team databases, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Assist with data entry and cleanup tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in administrative or operational roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to learning and initiative.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current studies or previous experience in the music industry.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Fluency in German.
