About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Communications Assistant to join our team at Reply Corporate. As a key member of our internal communications team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of our digital communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event and Training Support: Assist in organizing and executing events and training sessions for our internal teams.
  • Content Creation: Develop and maintain engaging content for our intranet, including articles, blog posts, and other multimedia materials.
  • Research and Innovation: Conduct research and implement new formats and communication techniques to enhance our digital presence.
  • Design and Production: Create high-quality presentations, flyers, and other communication materials, including videos and graphics.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in meetings and projects with our team, contributing your ideas and expertise.
  • Student Opportunities: As a student in media technology, design, or a related field, you will have the chance to apply your skills and knowledge in a real-world setting.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Demonstrate strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, working effectively with our team to achieve our goals.
  • Technical Skills: Possess intermediate-level skills in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, with a strong understanding of digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is essential for this role.
