**Order Processing Specialist / Mitarbeiter Auftragsabwicklung (m/w/d) - DIREKTVERMITTLUNG**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Übernahme der Auftragsabwicklung
- Erfassung von Materialbestellungen in das SAP
- Telefonische Betreuung von Kunden (B2B)
- Bereitstellung von Preis
- und Verfügbarkeitsinformationen
- Koordination der Versendungen inkl. der Absprachen mit dem eigenen Distributionscenter
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Rücksendungen
- Überwachung des Auftragsbestands
- Bereitstellung von Informationen an Kunden zu den jeweiligen Bestellstati

**Unsere Anforderungen**:

- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Groß- und Außenhandel oder Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder Hochschulabschluss mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Order Management/Auftragsabwicklung oder Customer Service
- SAP R/3 (SD, MM) Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie mindestens gute Französisch
- oder Spanischkenntnisse
- Souveräner Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Kunden
- und serviceorientiertes Handeln
- Strukturiertes und analytisches Denkvermögen
