**Your profile**:

- Bachler or Master's Degree in computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering, or another related field.
- Experience in graph-based optimization algorithms, e.g., mixed integer programming models.
- Experience in image processing and its tools, e.g., OpenCV.
- Experience in deep learning framework, e.g., Pytorch.
- Experience in Python, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
- Strong communication skills and high flexibility.
- Good English Language skills.

**Your tasks**:
Development of semi-automated instance segmentation annotation algorithms within the active learning framework, port SOTA semi-automated semantic segmentation algorithms into Oracle:

- Semi-automated instance segmentation algorithms development, especially graph-based methods
- Deep neural network framework, i.e., data loading and network training.
- Efficient scripting of automated data processing and evaluation.
- Implement the current semi-automated semantic segmentation algorithms into Oracle.
- Conduct performance measurements of the algorithm design.
