Head of Production Optimization (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Förderung der Produktionsqualität durch Initiierung, Unterstützung und Überwachung der Prozessoptimierung

Verantwortung für die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und stetige Anpassung der globalen Lean Operations Roadmap inklusive der Weiterentwicklung und Einführung von Lean-Methoden

Aufbau des Lean Operations Netzwerkes innerhalb des globalen Produktionsnetzwerkes

Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Ausgestaltung unseres Produktionssystems, u.a. Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Shopfloor Managements zum globalen Standard

Lean-Beratung, -Begleitung und -Coaching für das Operations-Führungsteam sowie Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbetreuung von Lean-Schulungen und -Workshops

Leitung von nationalen und internationalen Verbesserungs-Projekten in Produktion und produktionsnaher Administration

**Teamleitung**: Personalführung und -entwicklung sowie Koordination und Priorisierung der Aktivitäten innerhalb des Teams

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium Maschinenbau/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen/Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbares Studium

Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Lean Methoden / Prozess-Analyse und -Optimierung / Produktionssystemen; Grundkenntnisse in Zeitwirtschaft von Vorteil

Erfahrung in Strategie-Entwicklung und -Umsetzung sowie der Leitung einschlägiger Projekte, auch in agiler Vorgehensweise

Moderations
- und Präsentations-Fähigkeiten sowie Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Hierarchie-Ebenen

Eigenständige Arbeitsweise / unternehmerisches Denken / Flexibilität, gepaart mit Teamgeist

Analytischer Angang, innovatives und bereichsübergreifendes Denken gepaart mit Umsetzungsstärke und „es geht“-Einstellung

Sehr gute Deutsch, und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
