Job Description:

In this role as Manufacturing Optimization Expert, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing internal work processes, developing and formulating production standards, and creating training manuals and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and optimizing internal work processes (30% of time)
  • Identifying and implementing improvement potentials with teams (40% of time)
  • Developing the global footprint for supply systems (15% of time)
  • Advancing technological development in areas such as welding (15% of time)

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
  • Relevant experience in production environments, preferably with knowledge of welding, painting, and assembly processes
  • Strong project management skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Independent working style and high motivation levels
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English (B2 level)
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
