**Responsibilities**:
- Getting to know principles of project management and OPEX methods
- Support of the project managers in the area of production optimization in the topics layout planning, intralogistics and Lean Performance Management System (LPMS)
- Support in the restructuring of OPEX training materials
- Implementation of selected LPMS elements (slide and board design, key figure evaluations, dashboards, reports)
**Qualifications**:
- Interest in the field of optimization in production
- Confident handling of MS-Office
- Good written and spoken German
- Structured, independent, team
- and goal-oriented way of working
