If the company agreement on remuneration of expempt employees of innogy SE dated 13th December 2017 applies to your employment, the remuneration band is AT/A.

**Your future plans**

Ov Overarching:

- Analysis of public funding needs for different areas (e.g. hydrogen, offshore wind, floating PV, battery) to identify & evaluate suitable funding programs and calls on state, federal, EU and international level
- Interface function with the Regulatory Affairs, Strategy and Legal departments
- Development of a funding strategy for the respective funding landscape
- Continuous interpretation and merging of technical requirements & ideas of the operational departments with the requirements of the funding agency (e.g. to avoid double funding, subsidy fraud)
- Advising projects & departments on all matters relating to public funding

Project-specific:

- Coordination & management of publicly funded projects from project idea to project audit in close cooperation with operational departments
- Management of the interface to the funding agency including preparation & support of audits
- Preparation of content/technical project reports in close cooperation with the operational departments
- Implementation of an audit-proof project controlling including the preparation of calls for funds
- Steering of external service providers

**Your profile**
- Experience in multi-stakeholder management and multi-project management
- Strong technical understanding of hydrogen, offshore/onshore wind as well as solar and storage
- Negotiation skills, persuasiveness and confident demeanor
- Analytical thinking as well as an independent and proactive way of working
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Sound IT skills, ideally experience with business software in the field of funding management as well as SAP PS
