- **Then come and join our global team as **Vulnerability Management Specialist (f/m/d) - Cybersecurity Operations to be responsible for supporting and maintaining processes related to the lifecycle of IT vulnerabilities. The Vulnerability Management Specialist has responsibilities for monitoring and supporting remediation and mitigation of vulnerabilities at Siemens Healthineers.**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You perform engineering work on the platform, designing improvements and assessing potential risks
- You deploy new scan engines, create scanning profiles, analyze false positives, and evaluate possible exceptions generated across our assets
- You assist users and stakeholders with remediation of findings/vulnerabilities and patch management process
- You facilitate the incident handling and threat intelligence processes by preparing and providing data from vulnerability management/vulnerability scanning
- You improve the data quality of asset management repositories

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You hold a master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration or comparable
- You have several years of relevant work experience in Cybersecurity Operations of mid-size to large high-tech as well as working in geographically distributed teams; relevant industry certifications such as SANS/GIAC, CompTIA Security+ CISSP, CISA, CISM are desirable
- You have profound experience in IT infrastructure, Patch and Vulnerability Management processes, operating systems hardening and security controls over Linux, Windows, and networking devices
- You have proven experience as administrator of Vulnerability Management platforms (preferably Rapid7 or Qualys)
- You have a good understanding of computer networking concepts, protocols, and network security methodologies
- You have experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell) and using REST API
- You have a basic knowledge of Cloud and IoT/OT environments

**Your attributes and skills**:

- You have advanced English and communication skills and a clear and concise communication to address stakeholders of different backgrounds and technical expertise
- You have openness and/or experience working in an international, virtual environment across multiple cultures
- You have negotiation skills and the ability to set and track priorities and deadlines
- Self-learning and curiosity to keep pace with the ever-evolving cybersecurity developments are highly appreciated
