**Quality Assurance Specialist: Nanotube Emitter Department**

**Tasks**:

- Lead the quality mindset within the R&D teams, sharing your knowledge of quality assurance principles.
- Observe the design, simulation and production (Nanotube) processes, identify non conformances, unclear processes and work together with the team to resolve the issues.
- Review the QA related documentation of R&D departments and support the development of new documentation or improvement of the current documentation.
- Alert necessary teams of any major non conformances and its impact to project timelines.
- Undertaking internal and external audits. As part of this, ensure that documented evidence is prepared, and available for the Auditor.
- Manage the Inventory Management, Vendor Management and Procurement functions for the department.

**Your profile**:

- A degree in Engineering, preferably Quality Engineering or a technical background with Quality Assurance experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance. Experience in the medical industry would be an advantage.
- You have a deep knowledge of the prototype and manufacturing processes, and process development and optimization.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 is preferred. Knowledge of ISO 13485 is advantageous.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills and can effectively work and communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
- You also have the experience of working in a multicultural environment.
- You possess a diplomatic attitude; you respect different perspectives and consider these when coming to a resolution.
- You are open to receiving and giving feedback to build trust, transparency and motivate your colleagues.
- You are able to work in a rapidly changing, reactive business environment.
- Very good German & English skills (QA documents and audits are in English).
