**Project Leader - PCB Series Development**
As a Project Leader in Series Development, you will be the linchpin for the efficient implementation of production processes. Your primary responsibilities include project management in the field of Research and Development (R&D), PCB product development, and coordination of customer contact and agreements. You will plan prototypes and monitor their schedules, while being available as a point of contact for technical challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project leadership in the field of Research and Development (R&D)
- PCB product development
- Coordination of customer contact and agreements
- Planning and monitoring of prototype schedules
- Technical escalation in case of challenges
- Implementation of quality standards in PCB manufacturing and power electronics

**Profile**:

- Completed technical engineering degree, preferably with a focus on electrical engineering, materials science, or related fields
- Demonstrable experience in PCB manufacturing and in the development of power electronics, ideally in an industrial environment
- Solid knowledge in the planning and execution of research and development projects
- Excellent communication skills for customer contact and coordination with internal teams
- Fluent English and good German skills (at least B1) are advantageous
- Ability to effectively coordinate teams and resources and prioritize tasks
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in technical challenges in series development

Als Projektleiter Serienentwicklung sind Sie der zentrale Punkt für die effiziente Durchführung von Produktionsprozessen. Ihre Hauptverantwortlichkeiten umfassen die Projektleitung im Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung, die Entwicklung von Leiterplattenprodukten sowie die Koordination von Kundenkontakten und Absprachen. Sie planen Prototypen und überwachen deren Zeitpläne, während Sie bei technischen Herausforderungen als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung stehen.

**Aufgaben**:

- Projektleitung im Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung (R&D).
- Entwicklung von Leiterplattenprodukten.
- Koordination von Kundenkontakten und Absprachen.
- Planung und Überwachung von Prototypen-Zeitplänen.
- Technische Eskalation bei Herausforderungen.
- Implementierung von Qualitätsstandards in der PCB-Herstellung und Leistungselektronik.

**Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes technisches Ingenieurstudium, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Elektrotechnik, Materialwissenschaften oder verwandten Bereichen.
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Herstellung von Leiterplatten und in der Entwicklung von Leistungselektronik, idealerweise in einem industriellen Umfeld.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung und Durchführung von Forschungs
- und Entwicklungsprojekten.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für den Kundenkontakt und die Abstimmung mit internen Teams.
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B1) sind von Vorteil.
- Fähigkeit zur effektiven Koordination von Teams und Ressourcen sowie zur Priorisierung von Aufgaben.
- Analytische Denkfähigkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz, insbesondere bei technischen Herausforderungen in der Serienentwicklung.
